Setting SMART Goals + Kale Salad Recipe
Setting SMART Goals
It’s a new year and that means it is time for new goals. Before setting your goals for this next year, I want you to reflect on your goals from last year. Write down which goals you accomplished, which ones were challenging, and which ones you weren’t successful accomplishing and why. This will help you set more realistic goals for this next year.
Now I want you to write down on a piece of paper everything you want to accomplish for this year. Once you have these broad goals written out, use the information below to make them SMART goals to help set you up for a successful year of accomplishing your goals!
- Specific: Your goal should be accomplishing one specific action.
- Measurable: Your goal should be trackable.
- Attainable: Your goal should be realistic and achievable.
- Relevant: Your goal should matter to you.
- Time-bound: Your goal should have a deadline.
