Where the Nutrition Comes From

  • Protein: Fish/Shrimp (or Chicken breast) provides lean, high-quality protein to support muscle and appetite regulation.
  • Omega-3s: If you are using fatty fish like salmon or tuna, it will add omega-3s to your meal helping to support your brain and heart health.
  • Lettuce Wraps: Using lettuce leaves instead of tortillas cuts excess carbs and calories (if you need to choose a lower-carb meal) while adding crisp texture and micronutrients.
  • Colorful Veggies: Carrots, cucumber, and green onions deliver fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants to support digestion, hydration, and immune health.
  • Simple Asian Sauce: Balances savory, sweet, and tangy notes with minimal added sugar and fat; rice vinegar and lime provide refreshing acidity without calories.

Serving Suggestions

  • Consume 2–3 lettuce wraps per meal for adequate energy and protein.
  • Assemble fresh: Keep lettuce leaves separate and assemble just before serving to avoid sogginess.
  • Serve with a side of fresh pineapple or mango chunks for a tropical contrast.
  • Pair with brown rice or quinoa if you want added carbohydrates for energy.
  • Add a drizzle of sriracha or chili crisp for heat.
  • Vegetarian: Swap chicken for cubed tofu or jackfruit.
