Salmon, Potato, Broccoli Sheet Pan
Ingredients
Equipment
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425F and prep a baking pan with aluminum oil or parchment paper.
- Wash the potatoes then dice into preferred texture and add to the baking pan. Drizzle olive oil overtop of the potatoes. Add garlic powder and gently toss the potatoes on the pan until all potatoes are coated with oil and garlic powder.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking pan and cook at 425F for 15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, chop broccoli florets to the texture you prefer and prep the salmon filets using Old Bay Seasoning (or any other herb/spices you would prefer) as a dry rub on each side of the salmon filets.
- Once the potatoes are done baking, move them to one side of the baking pan (you will need to cook the potatoes a little longer so leave them on the pan!). Place the seasoned salmon filets in the middle of the pan and place the chopped broccoli on the side opposite of the potatoes.
- Squirt lemon juice on all ingredients. Place baking pan back in the oven and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. You'll know it is ready when the salmon is flaky and can be easily separated with a fork.
