Store-bought bouillon cubes are convenient—but they’re often loaded with sodium, preservatives, and ingredients that you can’t even pronounce. Making your own homemade bouillon “cube” takes just a few minutes, is budget-friendly, and is easy to store as a pantry staple that enhances the flavor of soups, casseroles, veggies, and weeknight meals. And guess what?!?! This recipe is alpha-gal friendly too!

These homemade “cubes” (more like powder!) pack all the savory goodness and can be used to season chicken, boost the flavor in rice or quinoa, add an extra kick of flavor to your soups, or support the richness of sauces.

Once you try making your own bouillon, you’ll never look back — your recipes will taste brighter, healthier, and more homemade with every bite!
