If you’ve ever been to Olive Garden, chances are you have probably tried their Chicken Gnocchi soup. This copy-cat recipe was created by Samantha (our dietitian) because of her friend with Alpha-gal. She wanted to find a recipe that her whole friend group could enjoy instead of cooking multiple different meals. Needless to say, this is a recipe that her friends and family request at most Fall gatherings because it is just so good!

So whether you have alpha-gal, a milk allergy, or a lactose intolerance this recipe is one you should definitely add to your meal rotation! It is quick and easy to make in the Instant Pot and is delicious and nutritious!
