Where the Nutrition Comes From

  • Lean Protein (Chicken): Chicken breast delivers high-quality, complete protein that helps with muscle building and fullness. At ~34g protein per serving, this salad serves as a hearty lunch or dinner.
  • Healthy Fats (Avocado): Avocado provides monounsaturated fats, which support heart health and help your body absorb fat-soluble vitamins (like Vitamin A, E, D, and K). It also adds creaminess in place of mayonnaise.
  • Fiber & Micronutrients (Celery + Veggies): Crisp veggies like celery (or cucumbers or peppers) add fiber, hydration, and micronutrients like vitamin C and potassium, which support digestion and electrolyte balance.
  • Low Carbohydrates, Balanced Meal: With only ~9g carbohydrates per serving, this chicken salad fits well into low-carb patterns but can be paired with multigrain bread or crackers if additional energy is desired.
