Navigating Alpha-Gal Syndrome Program

Newly diagnosed with Alpha-Gal Syndrome—or still feeling overwhelmed by what you can eat? You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself!

Alpha-Gal Syndrome can turn everyday things like grocery shopping, eating at a restaurant, reading a food label, attending a family gathering, or finding a quick snack into a whole new challenge.

It’s not always as simple as “just don’t eat beef.”

Hidden ingredients, gelatin, cooking fats, broths, cross-contact, changing food labels, restaurant preparation methods, and individual food tolerances can make navigating AGS feel confusing and exhausting.

You don’t need to figure out Alpha-Gal alone. You need practical tools to help you confidently navigate food, restaurants, labels, nutrition, and everyday life.

That’s exactly why YOU need the Navigating Alpha-Gal Syndrome Self-Paced Program.

Program includes: Lifetime Access to Self-Paced Lessons, Valuable Resources + Worksheets, Nutrition & Meal Plan Templates, and so much more!

✔︎ Why You Should Purchase the Program

Our self-paced program is an affordable program that provides evidenced-based nutrition information and strategies that will help you learn what Alpha-Gal Syndrome (alpha-gal allergy) means for your nutrition habits and why managing AGS can be more complicated than simply avoiding beef, pork and lamb.

✔︎ Additional Support is Available

While the program is a self-paced course, we understand the value of accountability. If you desire personalized support, you can schedule a nutrition counseling session with our registered dietitian (this may be an additional out-of-pocket expense if your insurance does not cover the nutrition counseling service). Nutrition counseling sessions are currently only for people who live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, and Virginia (due to licensure laws).
